Trips to Iona
Say goodbye to Tobermory, but don’t worry, you’ll be back in the evening.
Off we go to the ancient spiritual island of Iona. We will give you time to wander and soak in the tangible atmosphere as you stroll on the sandy beaches and explore the abbey.
Iona and Staffa Tour from Mull
In the afternoon you will be taking a small boat to the island of Staffa to see the amazing Fingal’s Cave. Depending what time of year you book the tour there is a chance, if you chose early summer, to get up close and personal with the wonderful little bird the puffin.
Once back on Mull, we take you north to Tobermory.
Oban and Kilmartin Glen
In the morning, we will be traveling south to Craignure to catch your ferry back to the mainland.
The ferry lands in the wonderful old town of Oban. We will give you time to wander through the town to buy gifts and to enjoy lunch.
After lunching our plan is to take you back in time as we enter Kilmartin Glen. Here we will visit many ancient sites from burial cairns to standing stones.
The ancient town of Inveraray is the last stop on our itinerary. The town itself sits on the banks of beautiful Loch Fyne.
